  16. Navigation links appear at the extreme top and bottom of the page. They are not
  17. considered to be part of the document itself but help define the relationship
  18. between pages. For consistancy these links always appear in the same order from
  19. left to right: Home/Parent/Index/Previous/Next.

  23. This will normally be a link to an institutional home page or the top most level
  24. in a suite of pages. The home tags allow you to specify the URL (%HOMEURL) and
  25. optional text (%HOME) for the home link. If no text is specified, the default
  26. will be "Home Page."

  30. This will normally be a link to the next higher level in a hierarchy of pages.
  31. The parent tags allow you to specify the URL (%PARENTURL) and optional text
  32. (%PARENT) for the parent link. If no text is specified, the default will be
  33. "Parent Page." The text for the parent link for this page is "Table of Contents."
